Franklin D Jackson

Franklin D. R. Jackson is a citizen of Jamaica and he united States of America. He received his early education in Jamaica, first in the public school at Friendship in Parish Hanover and then at the Jamaica School of Agriculture (JSA) at Twickenham Park in the Parish of Saint Catherine. After employment briefly with the Government of Jamaica as an agricultural extension agent, he migrated to the United States to further his education.

He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Education from Tuskegee Institute (University) and a Master’s and Doctorate in Agricultural Education for the University at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. Dr. Jackson earned a Certificate in Evangelism, Mission and Global Christianity from the Samuel D. Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, Richmond Virginia.

The author has served in numerous teaching and administrative capacities in a number of universities, including Associate Dean for Cooperative Extension in the College of Agriculture at Virginia State University at Richmond, Virginia; Interim Dean and Research Director for the School of Agriculture, Research, Extension and Agricultural Sciences at Alcorn State University at Lorman, Mississippi, and Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Planning and Research at Alcorn State University. The author has provided consultative services for institutions and agencies in the USA, Caribbean and Africa. He is the founder and CEO of Evangelism by Grace International, Inc. His three previous books are: “When God Says No: Listen for the Yes!”; “Becoming a Joy Fulfilled Christian in the Twenty-First Century and Beyond” and “Prayers That Move Almighty God to Action”.

The author is an active and enthusiastic Bible study and Sunday school teacher. He serves as a mentor to many and speaks at different churches. He is committed to the admonition of Jesus, “Go…and teach…” (Matthew 28:19)
